1. Who may use Go International!
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country. You may not use Go International! if you are prohibited from using dating services by law, if you have been permanently banned from the service, or if you are creating an account for someone else without authorization.
2. Your account and profile
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for the activity on your account. Profile information should be truthful and should represent you. You may not impersonate another person, misstate your age, use another person’s photos without permission, create deceptive profiles, or operate multiple accounts to manipulate discovery, promotions or community activity.
3. Dating, matching and safety
Go International! provides tools for discovery, compatibility, messaging, communities, events and other social interaction. We do not guarantee matches, replies, relationships, travel outcomes, immigration outcomes, identity, compatibility or the conduct of another member. Use judgment when communicating, sending money, sharing personal information, traveling or meeting someone. Safety tools reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
4. Content and community behavior
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Go International! a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate and promote your use of the service, subject to your privacy settings. Your content and conduct must follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, the Guidelines or applicable law.
5. Plus, boosts and purchases
Paid products may include Plus subscriptions, boosts, promotional placement and other optional features. Prices, duration and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Store purchases may also be governed by Apple, Google or another payment provider. Statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory cancellation or refund rights that apply in your country, are not limited by these Terms. Complimentary rewards and promotional entitlements may have separate eligibility rules and do not have cash value.
6. Moderation, suspension and appeals
We may investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts or permanently ban accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law or protect the service. Where applicable, we will provide information about a moderation decision and a way to challenge it. Repeated or serious violations can lead to immediate removal.
7. Intellectual property and service changes
Go International!, its logos, visual design, software, matching systems, game formats and service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly permits. We may improve, add, remove or change features, while preserving any rights you have under mandatory law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for another member’s statements or conduct, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
9. Governing law, changes and contact
Go International! Dating is operated from Denmark by Shoho Games. Danish law governs these Terms to the extent permitted, while mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country remain unaffected. We may update these Terms when the service, law or business changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Legal and support requests can be made through the support channels provided in the service.
Referral rewards
Every three approved referrals earn you 30 days of Plus. Each friend must enter your code, complete their profile, add a photo and write a bio of at least 30 characters. We review every referral before awarding Plus. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts and self-referrals do not count. We use device information to help detect abuse. Shared devices may need extra review.
Apple app licence and subscriptions
For the iOS app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app licence. These Terms govern the GO INTERNATIONAL! service. The standard licence is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
An Apple purchase is charged to your Apple Account when confirmed. Plus subscriptions renew automatically for the period and price shown before purchase unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting your GO INTERNATIONAL! account or the app does not cancel a store subscription. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests; see https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
